Your details, handled with care.

We collect your sign-in email, contact details, project brief and attachments to manage your request and communicate with you. The platform administrator can access these details to deliver the service.

Order records and files are stored with the hosting services. Sign-in codes and order status updates are sent through the email provider. We use session cookies for sign-in and local browser storage for your language preference and draft.

Your Injaz password is stored as a salted derived hash, not plaintext. If you choose Google, we receive your identity, email and name for sign-in and store the account link and email. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Drive files.

Order files are private to their owner and the admin team. Attachment drafts remain on your device for one day and are cleared on sign-out. Incomplete parts are cleaned after one day without an attempt. The team may remove completed or cancelled order files after delivery while retaining order history. Save a copy of your delivered files. Project images chosen for publication in the showcase are public.

Assistant messages are processed on the server. When generative AI is enabled, conversation text is sent to the AI provider for a reply. Do not share passwords, login codes or sensitive information.

Avoid uploading personal data unrelated to your project. Contact Injaz on WhatsApp for questions about your data or to request deletion.
